What we collect

When you send a request or register as a buyer, we collect the details you enter: company, name, email, phone or WhatsApp, WeChat ID, country, products of interest, quantities and your message. If our staff meet you in person, they may record the same details and a photo of your business card.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, prepare quotes and arrange samples.
• To assign your inquiry to the right specialist and follow up after a trade fair meeting.
• To arrange shipping with our logistics partner when you place an order.

We do not sell your personal information.

Translation and drafting tools

Staff may use AI services to translate conversations, read business cards and draft follow-up messages. Only the text or image needed for that task is sent to the service provider.
